We love group classes, but sometimes you just want a little extra one-on-one attention, we get it! Whether you want to work on your boxing technique, fix imbalances or work towards a specific fitness goal, our personal trainers are here to help you!

Personal training sessions can be booked outside of regular class times. Come in and talk to us about your goals to book a session or contact one of our trainers directly.

CJ brings 10 years of experience in the fitness industry to the table, from running big box gyms to coaching daily boot camps. Having once been overweight himself, he uses his personal experience to provide his clients with simple solutions to a whole host of problems. Step by step, he guides his clients to reaching their goals and finding their true strength.
